ORDERING AND DELIVERY SERVICE FOR ALL FURNITURE PACKAGES:
Once you have placed your order with Changing Space and have paid for the goods using our secure on-line shopping cart, your order will be processed.
You will be sent an order confirmation via email and upon receipt please ensure that all details are correct. Please contact Changing Space immediately on 01299 266 714 should any details on the order require amendments.
The confirmation e-mail will also inform you of the proposed delivery date and details. Please contact us to arrange an alternative date should this be inconvenient.

FREE INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY OF FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES
All furniture packages include free installation throughout the UK. The furniture can either be installed to a specific layout instructed by the customer or you can leave the arranging and laying out of the furniture to our experienced team who are experts in knowing where to place the furniture to optimise the property for viewing and living purposes.
We build all of the furniture either prior to delivery or on site for larger or delicate items. The furniture is built to a high standard by our dedicated team with over 16 years experience in building and assembling furniture.
FREE DRESSING OF INTERIOR DESIGNED FURNITURE PACKAGES
All the interior designed furniture packages and accessory / home packages are installed to the highest standard by our trained installers and interior designers. All beds are laid and cushions and bedspreads are installed as in a showhome. Pictures are professionally installed at the correct height throughout the property and the dining table (where applicable) will be laid with plates, cutlery, wine glasses etc.
The look that is achieved is of a high end show unit and for these reasons our dressed furniture packages have a proven track record in quickly attracting high quality tenants, maximising the rental return of the property and eliminating costly void periods.

VAT is included on all prices stated on this web site. The dreaded VAT won’t catch you out at the checkout!
FREE RECYCLING OF ALL PACKAGING
It goes without saying that after the installation of a furniture package from Changing Space, all of the packaging and rubbish is removed from the property and 100% of it is recycled. The property is then thoroughly vacuumed and left ready for viewings or a tenant/owner occupier to move in.
FREE INSTALLATION OF ALL WHITE GOODS
If you purchase a Changing Space furniture package with white goods we will install, run and test the white goods free of charge, (providing the property connections are there), including fridge freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers and washer dryers.
FREE KEY PICK UP AND DROP OFF
We understand at Changing Space that time is precious. There is no need to wait at the property for us to deliver the furniture. We will pick up keys from a place or company of your choice free of charge (within a 6 mile radius of the property to be furnished) and drop them back off when we have finished the installation of the furnishings.
PREARRANGED DELIVERY TIMES
We will phone you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time to let us in to the property. 3 hour window slots are available to minimise the inconvenience to yourself.

REMOVAL OF OLD FURNITURE
If you require any old items of furniture to be removed from the property and recycled, where possible, or disposed of responsibly, there is a one off charge of £20 per item.
Things to check before delivery
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the furniture that has been ordered will fit into the property in question and that the delivery lorries have sufficient access to deliver the goods.
Access to delivery address
The delivery team will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues. Nor will they remove doors or windows to allow the furnishings to be installed. If we are unable to deliver for the reasons above or gain access due to keys not being available or individuals not being at the property to let us in, the customer will incur a £90 charge for each additional or attempted delivery.
Special circumstances
An additional charge may be incurred where there are special circumstances for delivery. These include being above the 3rd floor of a block of flats with no lift installed or working, where the delivery lorry cannot get within 25m of the main entrance of the property and where the property is not clean and tidy ready for the delivery.
