From the click of a button Changing Space will do everything for you from liaising with agents, picking up keys, building and installing the furniture, dressings the apartment, cleaning, recycling the rubbish and returning the keys. We will also take photos of the finished apartment and send them to you. The apartment will take one day to furnish and our furnished properties usually let within one week and often on the first viewing.
All of our
furniture packs include free delivery, assembly and installation throughout the UK. We hold a large stock of furnishings allowing us to work to very short lead times . The typical turn around time from order to installation is 48Hours.
The Roma, Student, City, Classic and Urban furniture packs include the main items of furniture without any soft furnishings, linen or pictures. They are cost effective furniture solutions that look great, are durable and get great results.
The Bronze, Silver and Gold ranges and the Banksy & Icon packages are fully interior designed furniture solutions and are finished and dressed like showhomes. Included in these furniture packages are scatter cushions, throws, linen and pictures. They have a proven track record in achieving maximum returns in any property they are installed in by attracting high calibre tenants and minimising costly void periods.

The Bronze range has a slightly smaller inventory of furnishings than that of the Silver range and although the standard of furnishings used in the Bronze range is excellent the furnishings used in the Silver range are of a higher standard.
The Gold range is our top, high end furniture pack and is often used in penthouses and exclusive properties.
On ordering this package, the Changing Space design team produce a colour scheme and hand pick select items of furniture. This ensures that no Gold range packages is ever the same. This package also includes additional decorative accessories to finish off the bespoke interior designed look. If you are looking for a cutting edge, unique, designer furniture solution without the hefty price tag then this is the range for you.
The Banksy furniture package is a high end solution and uses large canvas print from the portfolio of the infamous artist Banksy. The pack has a distinctive designer look and feel and once installed it turns any property into a highly desirable living space for prospective tenants or buyers.
The Icon furniture package is also a high end furniture solution. It uses clean lines and sharp contrasting colours. The large printed canvas artwork is inspired by iconic pictures and places throughout the world using minimalistic colours to enhance the sophisticated look of this chic furniture package.
